Sydney's
Brick Guestbook

Interactive, fun and most importantly made by the ones you love

The finished brick guestbook — hundreds of named brick figures placed by wedding guests around a floral brick heart, with the couple at the centre.
01 / The Brick Guestbook

The guestbook, reimagined.

A traditional guestbook is signed once, then closed and shelved. This one is built figure by figure, name by name and hangs where you'll see it every day.

  • Close-up of the brick guestbook — rows of named guest brick figures around a flower-covered brick heart holding the couple's two custom figures.
    BEFORE

    Designed for you

A short brief — your colours, your venue, your faces at the centre. Every guestbook is commissioned, designed and custom built.

  • Detail of hand-signed name tiles beneath guest figures on the brick guestbook board.
    ON THE NIGHT

    Built by the room

Guests choose a figure, sign their tile and place themselves into the frame. Our attendant guides every guest through it — an interactive activity that becomes part of your day's entertainment.

  • The finished, framed brick guestbook on an easel at home, beside a potted plant.
    AFTER

    Home by morning.

Already framed, with nothing left to do. Take it home that night, or we deliver it the next morning — anywhere in Sydney.

03 / About Mini Moments

Mini Moments Brick Studio
began at our own wedding.

We were married in March 2026, and the guestbook was the one thing we couldn't get right. So we made our own. Two hundred and fifty of our guests built it across one evening — and it hangs in our living room, where we still find new things in it.

The studio came after. Every piece is designed from scratch — your palette, your people, the two of you at the centre. No two boards are the same, because no two weddings are.

We're so excited to work with you: to build your version, for your room, your people, your day.

04 / Frequently asked

The questions
we usually get.

Couldn't find yours? Send us a note.

What is a brick guestbook?
A brick guestbook is a custom framed artwork your guests build for you across the night — an interactive alternative to a traditional guestbook at weddings, engagements and milestone celebrations. Each guest chooses a brick figure, places it on the framed baseplate, and signs a tile beneath. By the end of the night the piece is finished: a keepsake, ready to hang.
Is this a LEGO® guestbook?
Many couples find us while searching for a LEGO guestbook. Our baseplates and brick figures are LEGO®-compatible, and every piece is designed, assembled and run on the night by our independent Sydney studio. Mini Moments Brick Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group.
How is this different from a traditional wedding guestbook?
A traditional guestbook is signed once, then closed and shelved. A brick wedding guestbook is built by every guest across the night, then hung on the wall as artwork — something you'll actually look at years later.
How does it compare to an audio guestbook?
An audio guestbook gives you recordings you'll play back now and then; a brick guestbook hangs where you'll see it every day. And unlike a phone on a stand, we're there all evening — the piece is finished before the last dance.
Couldn't we just buy a DIY kit online?
You could — but a kit becomes a job on your wedding morning. We set up, style and run the table all night, then hand you the finished, framed piece. You never think about it once.
How does it work on the night?
We arrive a few hours before your guests and set the framed piece on an easel where the room gathers, with a tray of figures and fine-tip pens beside it. Guests choose a figure, sign the tile beneath, and place themselves into the frame. No announcement, no queue — we're there the whole time, running it ourselves.
Will our guests actually engage with it?
Yes — it works as an interactive wedding guest activity because most guests haven't picked up a brick since they were eight. Aunties bring their grandkids over; groomsmen take twenty minutes choosing the right figure. By the end of the night, almost every guest has placed themselves on the board.
How many guests does this work for?
Our packages are designed for weddings of 80 to 200 guests — the size where a traditional guestbook gets ignored. The Mini suits smaller weddings, and larger weddings are quoted individually.
What if guests don't want to participate?
Most do. The activity is voluntary and runs alongside the rest of the night, so guests stop by when they feel like it. We've never had a wedding where the piece didn't finish — and if you'd like a section left for close family to sign later, we can arrange that.
What if the board gets knocked mid-reception?
It's never left alone. We tend the piece all evening — straightening figures, securing tiles, keeping it photo-ready. That's the point of an attended service.
Can the figures in the centre look like us?
Yes — we recommend it. Two custom brick figures of you both sit at the heart of the piece: hair, outfits, small details like the dog or the morning espresso. We talk it all through at the design stage.
Can we choose the colours and theme of the piece?
Yes. We work your wedding palette into the piece in subtle ways — the centre figures, the accents, the surrounds. The keepsake will hang on your wall for decades, so we keep the base design timeless.
What is included in a package?
Every package includes a pre-framed baseplate sized to your guest count, two custom brick figures of you both, all figures and tiles, plus setup, on-night running and pack-down. Take the finished piece home that evening, or we deliver the next day across Sydney.
What does a brick wedding guestbook cost?
Three packages: The Mini from $940, The Medium from $1,260, The Mega from $1,900 — all in AUD. A 30% deposit secures your date; the balance is due one month before the wedding. Full breakdown in the packages section above.
How far in advance should we enquire?
As soon as you have a date in mind, even a rough one. Most couples book three to six months ahead, but we hold a small number of dates for shorter timelines.
Do you travel outside Sydney?
Travel within 20 km of the Sydney CBD is included in every package. Further afield — greater Sydney, the Southern Highlands, the Hunter, the South Coast or Canberra — travel is quoted at cost with your package. We have yet to say no to a wedding because of distance.
When does the finished piece come home?
Take it home on the night, or we deliver anywhere in Sydney the next day. There is no four-week wait — the frame is built before the wedding, and by the time your last guest leaves, the keepsake is finished.
