When you submit an enquiry through our website, we may collect:

- Event details (date, venue, location, guest count)

If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence too.

- Respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote
- Communicate with you about your booking, and plan and deliver it

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the website and studio — our enquiry form is delivered by Formspree.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. The fonts on this site load from Google's servers, which see standard request data such as your IP address.
6. Photos of your event
With your permission, we photograph the finished piece and the guestbook table for our portfolio and social media. You can opt out at any time — before or after your event — by emailing us, and we'll take down anything already published.
7. Retention of information
We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or as required by law. Enquiry information is retained for a minimum of 12 months.
